Zhoucun vinegar originated from the Wangs family in Zhoucun at the end of 19th century. Zhoucun Delicious Brewery was built in 1972. It inherits the traditional craftsmanship of Wang, absorbs the strengths of many families, and uses modern science and technology to produce "Skyscraper Tower" brand with old acetic acid, sweetness and cotton, which is delicious in color, smell and unique in flavor. He was awarded the silver prize in the first China Food Expo and the gold prize in the third China International Patent and Famous Brand Expo. Products sell well both inside and outside the province. The factory is located 10 kilometers south of Jizhou, covering an area of 15,000 square meters, with a building area of 3,599 square meters, fixed assets of 3 million yuan, working capital of 1.5 million yuan, and 60 employees, including 25 technicians. It is a manufacturer with a certain scale integrating production, packaging, sales and transportation.
