Jiangmi lianggao

Jiangmi Lianggao Jiangmi Lianggao is a flavor snack that has been circulating in Hengshui for nearly 300 years. In the forty-four years of Qianlong (1779), it can be seen that Emperor Qianlong often ate Jiangmi Lianggao. At that time, the imperial chef retired from the palace and set up shop in jizhou city, so Jiangmi Lianggao was introduced to the people. During the Republic of China, there were no fewer than dozens of shops and restaurants making Jiangmi Lianggao in Hengshui, among which Jiangmi Lianggao made by Xia family of Hui nationality was the most famous.
