Zheng Zhuang vermicelli is a specialty of Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Zhengzhuang Village features Shenggu hand-made noodles. Now there are more than 300 households in Zhengzhuang, and half of them still inherit this traditional craft. They select high-quality wheat to grind their own flour, or choose special flour from famous factories as raw materials, and produce it strictly according to traditional techniques, but it is more advanced and scientific than in the past. The vermicelli they produce can be completely comparable to the so-called "tribute noodles and palace noodles" in the market, but there is no name change, no registration and no exquisite packaging.
