Hebei Yali pear: the fruit shape is correct, the color is golden, the skin is thin and the flesh is fine, crisp and juicy, sweet and sour, and it is resistant to storage and transportation. It has the functions of clearing away lung-heat, resolving phlegm, moistening viscera and benefiting fu-organs. It is praised as "Natural White Tiger Decoction" by the medical community and recorded in Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica. In the spring of 2000, Shandong Provincial Forestry Department and Shandong Economic Forest Association awarded guanxian the title of "Hometown of Yali Pears".
