Mengcun Xiaomi is a specialty of Mengcun County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. The millet produced in Mengcun County is characterized by beige, golden yellow, shiny, full of rice grains, suitable for cooking and sweet taste. Farmers in Mengcun County have always had a tradition of planting millet. The perennial millet planting area in the county is about 50,000 mu, accounting for 20% of the grain field area.
