So the Association signed a contract with Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute to transfer scientific research results, and bought out 25,000 pear buds of these three new pear varieties exclusively at the price of 1.6 yuan per bud, and will enjoy the right to plant and sell these three kinds of pears and pear buds exclusively. In the future, these three kinds of pears will only be produced in Guanzhong Village, and you can only buy pear buds in Guanzhong Village. After more than three years of careful cultivation, Guanzhong Village's "Dahong Pear" entered the market last autumn and was very popular. The market price was as high as 30~40 yuan per catty. This year, the planting area of "Dahong Pear" in Guanzhong Village has been expanded from 90 mu to more than 300 mu. Because of its exclusive operation, there are no competitors in the market. Although the ex-factory price is several times higher than the retail price of ordinary pears, "Dahong Pear" has been booked out early.
