Haixing winter jujube

Haixing winter jujube is a specialty of Haixing County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Haixing Dongzao is a big, thin-skinned, tender, crisp, bright-colored, sweet and sour, and rich in many beneficial minerals and trace elements, especially riboflavin, so it is known as the "king of Dongzao". The planting area of winter jujube in Haixing County is 40,000 mu, and the fruiting area is 20,000 mu, with an annual total output of 500,000 Jin and an income of 5 million yuan. There are two constant temperature warehouses, which store 400,000 Jin of winter jujube, and have 500 mu of winter jujube seedlings, which can produce 2 million plants during the year.
