Qingxian Yangjiao Crisp is a specialty of Qingxian County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. Qingxian Yangjiao Crisp was derived from Song Dynasty more than 1000 years ago, and is famous for its beautiful color, fresh and tender, high quality and high yield. At present, the annual planting area of Yangjiao Crisp in Qingxian County is 3,000 hectares, with an annual output of 240,000 tons and an output value of 1.15 billion yuan, accounting for 26% of the total vegetable output value in the county.
