Dushan tofu

Dushan tofu is a special food in Liangjiatai Township, Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. It is named after Liangjiatai Township, which is located at the foot of Dushan Mountain. Characters taste like tofu brain. The color is white, glittering and translucent, almost transparent. When eating, it is served in a small shallow child with a shape similar to that of a ship, which is made by peeling the wicker, and the small shallow child is seated on the basin to remove the pulp. The view is pleasing to the eye; Smell the mellow smell; The entrance is smooth and delicate. Together with red pepper, fresh coriander and shallot, it is full but not greasy and has a long aftertaste. The soybean milk after slag removal is made of materials, heated to boiling in a wood pot, slightly cooled to moderate temperature, blended with appropriate amount of bittern, and made into brains. Don't cook, keep the temperature. The water source is natural water originating from Dushan, and the local soybeans in Liangjiatai are best processed by stone mill.
