Xinglong apple

Xinglong Apple is a specialty of Xinglong County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. Xinglong apple is suitable for large temperature difference between day and night, abundant sunshine and rich trace elements in soil, but it is one of the main fruits in Xinglong County because of its large size, thin skin, bright color, sweet taste and good taste. In 1995, Chedaoyu Village, Banbishan Town began to make a big fuss about creating brands, grasping scale, grasping quality and promoting efficiency. In 1999, it established the first Apple Association in Xinglong County and participated in the cooperative group of "Comprehensive Technology Promotion of Improving Quality Apples in Hebei Province". The village was designated as the Red Fuji Apple Boutique Demonstration Project Park by the relevant departments of Hebei Province. In 2000, it was identified as a high-quality apple production base by the Forestry Department of Hebei Province. In 2011, the total output of apples in the county was 52,580 tons, which not only met the needs of Beijing, Tianjin and Tang, but also was processed into canned apples, apple juice, jam and preserved fruits.
