Because of its pure and unique skills, the production process is complicated and fine. After stewing, boiling, stewing and skillful cooking, the meat is Jiao Hong and flexible, and the chewing is slightly "gluten". The meat is tender and less fat, and the food is cool and light, but not greasy; Bai Xiang is rich and fragrant, and the smell is delicious; Long-lasting does not rot, mosquitoes and flies do not love. It can be said that cooking is a must, meat is wonderful, and it can be said that it is a delicacy in dishes and a gift to the top. Banquets are necessary, and meals are always available. Chaigoubao bacon won the provincial famous product at the' 97 Hebei Agricultural Expo, and was rated as "National Quality Standard Food" by the China Food Industry Association in 1999. At the same time, Chaigoubao Bacon Products Factory was named as a key food enterprise in China by the association. The products produced by this factory opened the market with its "high quality" and sold well in Zhangjiakou, Hohhot, Taiyuan, Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Dalian and Handan. At present, the factory is carrying out a 3000-ton technical transformation and expansion project.
