Huaian jiadou

Huai 'an Jiadou is a specialty of Huai 'an County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Shuangqing jiadou is the main wrong-season vegetable in Huai 'an County. Because of its high yield, good quality and strong disease resistance, it has been planted in Huai 'an for more than 10 years. Based on the fact that the local climate is cool, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and vegetables are not easy to grow with diseases and pests, the Huai 'an County Party Committee and the county government focus on the development of bean planting with farmers' years of planting history. The county's agriculture-related departments have formulated a number of preferential policies to help the planting of beans, and often organize farmers to carry out activities such as new technology training, variety renewal and introduction, and field trips. In order to make the vegetable "Jiadou" bigger and stronger, so that farmers can avoid market risks and plant safe and value-preserving vegetables, Huai 'an County has built two planting bases in Qianchuan, with Qiangdi, Toubaihu and Jiatun in Xihan as the center, and Zuowei, Chaigoubao and Xinbafang as the center in Houchuan, which has driven 11 townships and 273 administrative villages in the county to plant more than 20,000 mu of Jiadou.
