Tricholoma shangyi

Shangyi county, which is famous for its long history of Tricholoma production, has won another honor. The awarding ceremony of "Hometown of Tricholoma in China" and "Key County of Tricholoma in China" was held recently in the Tricholoma Center of this county. It is understood that the production of Tricholoma in this county has been transformed from scientific research stage to industrial management stage. Driven by leading enterprises, in 2004, more than 20,000 farmers in the county invested in the production of Tricholoma. The cultivation area of Tricholoma reached 800,000 square meters, and the output of fresh mushrooms reached 14,400 tons, with a total output value of 115 million yuan. At present, the county has built a fresh mushroom cold storage and constant temperature warehouse, 46 fresh mushroom dehydration processing workshops at the base, 74 high-standard mushroom sheds, 125 specialized mushroom villages, and 519 farmers with a cultivation area of over 500 square meters.
