The favorable conditions for producing kidney beans in our county are vast land, the same season of rain and heat, sufficient sunlight and large temperature difference between day and night. The kidney beans produced are well-known in Southeast Asia and the Arab world for their noodles, sweetness, softness and smoothness. The annual consumption of miscellaneous grains in kangbao county is more than 1 million tons, and the export of red kidney beans accounts for more than 60% of the national export. Four companies have obtained the right to export miscellaneous grains.
