Xuanhua Ying Ge mung bean is a specialty of Xuanhua County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Ying Ge mung bean, also known as Xuanhua mung bean, is mainly produced in Xuanhua area. This kind of mung bean is large and even, dark green and shiny, which resembles the color of parrot feathers, so it is also known as "Ying Ge mung bean" in the international market.
