Yimingyuan vinegar is a specialty of Xiahuayuan District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Yimingyuan Brewery in Xiahuayuan District, located at the foot of the beautiful Jiming Mountain in the west of Beijing, was founded in 1956 and is an old factory with a brewing history of more than 50 years. "Yimingyuan" brand vinegar series products are carefully brewed with high-quality red sorghum, millet, chaff and wheat bran as raw materials and smoked by a century-old traditional production process.
