Colored pepper

Colored Pepper Colored Pepper is an introduced mid-mature hybrid variety. Biologically, it is a hybrid plant, not a genetically modified food, so it can be safely eaten. (I am a student in high school, and the teacher talked about these things.) It tastes similar to common green peppers.
