Zepan' ou

Zepan lotus root: also known as Dabai lotus root and Meridian lotus root. Produced in Zepan Village. The skin is yellow-brown, the cross section is white jade, and it is crisp and slightly sweet. It was used as a tribute in the Qing Dynasty. Longyao County Lotus Root Development Service Center has five villages: Zepan Village, Shi Cun, Chen Zhuang, Donghuo and Xihuo in Dongliang Township, Longyao County. Geographical coordinates are 114 38 ′ 33 ″ east longitude ~ 114 41 ′ 44 ″ north latitude ~ 37 15 ′ 18 ″ north latitude. Zepan lotus root is a geographical indication product of agricultural products.
