Jujube kernels are the seeds of Ziziphus jujuba trees, and the seeds produced in Xingtai city are big and full, bright in color, seedless, with the best quality and the largest yield. At present, the planting area of Xingzaoren production base is 44,000 mu, and the annual output is over 700,000 kg. Xingzaoren has high medicinal value and is listed as a rare Chinese medicine. It has many curative effects such as calming the mind, invigorating the stomach, nourishing and calming the nerves.
