Ingredients of meatball pancake: 400g﹐ beef, 100g﹐ tofu, 2 eggs, 1 powder /4 cup flour, 3 tsps salt, 1/4 tsp pepper noodles, 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 tsps oil for frying pancakes, stir the beef, and crush the tofu after removing water. Mix the stirred meat and tofu with seasoning, make it into a 4cm round shape, dip it in a layer of white flour and eggs, and fry it in oil. Serve with vinegar and soy sauce.
