Its meat is tender, fragrant and delicious. In 1981, it was rated as high-quality food in Hebei Province. L was named as a famous brand food by the Ministry of Commerce in l1982. Ham sausage has been made for nearly a hundred years. On the basis of German ham sausage, it has gradually formed a unique specialty by absorbing the production technology of Han nationality.
