Zunhua is a red persimmon producing area in Yanshan, with an annual output of 8,000 tons, which is mainly supplied to all parts of the country and exported to Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province, the Middle East, South Korea, Japan, India, Russian and other countries. Mopan persimmon is the most suitable raw food, which can give more calories to the human body after eating, so there is a saying that "eating persimmon cold can warm the body". It can also be processed into persimmon and dried persimmon, and it has high sugar content, storage resistance and can replace grain to satisfy hunger, so persimmon is also a woody grain tree species.
