Crystal pear

Crystal pear is a new yellow pear variety bred from bud mutation of new high branches. The fruit is spherical or oblate, with an average single fruit weight of 385g and a maximum of 560g. When the peel is near maturity, it is milky yellow, the surface is crystal clear, transparent and attractive. The flesh is white, delicate, dense, tender and crisp, juicy, with a soluble solid content of 14%, few stone cells, small core, sweet taste, rich fragrance and excellent quality. Fruit is resistant to storage and transportation and has long shelf life.
