Fried coil

Fried doughnuts are traditional snacks in Tianjin. They are made of sesame oil, sesame sauce, bean curd with soy sauce, Jiang Mo, spiced powder, salt, etc. They are mixed with mung beans, dried fragrant herbs, coriander and vermicelli to make stuffing, and then the bean skin is rolled and cut into long sections of about 15cm. The paste is made of flour, vinegar and salt, and the two ends are pasted together. Then it is fried in an oil pan and fried to golden brown. Fried coils are light and palatable, crispy outside and tender inside. People in Tianjin usually eat cakes.
