The cooperative has a sorting workshop, a reserve cold storage and a laboratory; There are 128 members, forming different professional groups and driving more than 500 farmers; Each household has a production management file, adheres to standardized, pollution-free production and unified management of jujube trees, and records the whole production process, and the cooperative has a special person to supervise the whole process. In order to expand sales channels, the cooperative actively conducted market analysis, focusing on major supermarkets, and publicized and promoted jujube. In 2006, Xubao Village registered the trademark of "Xubao", and obtained the protection naming of geographical indication products and the identification of the origin of pollution-free products. In order to maintain and enhance the brand reputation of products, Xubao Village not only signed scientific and technological service agreements with scientific research institutes and agricultural technology departments, but also regularly hired experts from colleges and universities and research institutes and technicians from planting development service centers to train villagers and guide them in the field, and made technical points into CDs and exhibition boards for members to see and learn. Through unremitting efforts, the jujube in Xubao Village is not only in short supply in Tianjin market, but also in several supermarkets in Beijing, becoming a hot-selling product.
