Guishunzhai in Tianjin is a time-honored brand with a history of 80 years. Guishunzhai, famous for its various kinds of halal cakes, was founded by Liu Zhen, a Hui nationality, in 1924. Saqima, honey twist and Yipin Peach Cake produced here are the most famous, with good taste and fine workmanship. These things are particularly cordial in the eyes of many old Tianjin. Now, there are more than 800 kinds of dumplings, glutinous rice dumplings and various dried and fresh fruits. Guishunzhai is a famous Muslim pastry shop in Tianjin, which is famous at home and abroad for its delicious cakes, fine workmanship and many varieties. Founded in 1924, the store was originally a front shop and a back factory, and it was produced and sold by itself. The court cakes such as Saqima, honey twist, Honey Supply and Paicha produced by us have good color, fragrance and taste, and become the specialty cakes of this store. Ma Lianliang, a Peking Opera master, and Ma Sanli, a cross talk master, used to buy Gui Shunzhai's cakes. After liberation, Gui Shunzhai became three salesrooms and two workshops. In 1981, in order to create brand-name products with time-honored brands, Guishunzhai merged two workshops and established Guishunzhai Pastry Factory, which formed a pattern of one factory and five salesrooms. The pastry factory specializes in producing all kinds of traditional cakes and glutinous rice balls, which are sold in various retail outlets. At present, there are more than 170 varieties of products in 7 categories in Guishunzhai pastry factory. On the basis of all kinds of halal cakes, a series of foods such as butter and low sugar have been developed.
