Braised meatballs are semi-liquid snacks in Beijing. Mostly mixed bean noodles, with vermicelli and seasoning, made into balls, fried and marinated in soup, mixed with seasoning and hot food. Features of stewed meatballs: dark brown in color, soft and rotten, salty, fresh and sour.
