American Ginseng

280 mu of American ginseng was sown in Huairou District of American ginseng in 1986, and ginseng production began in 1988. Because the soil, climate, water resources and other conditions in Huairou District are similar to those in the United States and Canada, and the technical force is strong, and high-yield cultivation techniques have been mastered, Huairou American ginseng won the scientific and technological achievement award awarded by the Ministry of Health at the scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of American ginseng, and was listed as one of the promotion projects of Spark Plan during the Seventh Five-Year Plan period by the state.
