Caiyu Town, Daxing District, located in the southeast suburb of Beijing, is the first important town of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway. It covers an area of 71.6 square kilometers and governs 55 administrative villages with 32,000 people. The town has a long history, and it was the main road for other cities to enter Beijing in ancient times. Now it is one of the central towns in Beijing, especially the grape industry, which is well-known in Beijing and even the whole country, and has the reputation of "Turpan in the south of Beijing". Caiyu Town is located at 40 degrees north latitude, and its natural conditions such as climate, water and soil are very similar to Bordeaux, a world-famous grape town, which is very suitable for grape growth. Grapes with good quality, high sugar content, symmetrical fruit shape and good taste are the main grape producing areas in the suburbs of Beijing, and have been planted for hundreds of years. At present, the town grows 20,000 mu of grapes, which is a large grape planting base in Beijing. The average yield of 12,000 mu of grapes has reached 1,500 kg, and the income per mu has reached 30-3,500 yuan, with a total output value of 30 million yuan, accounting for 16.4% of the total agricultural output value of 182.956 million yuan, and the annual output has exceeded 15 million kg. In particular, there is a rose-scented vineyard with an area of 100 mu, and the grapes are well-proportioned, sweet and not greasy. According to relevant experts' research, the garden is the largest and oldest rose-scented vineyard in Beijing at present.
