Zhang Fang zhenmopan persimmon

Zhang Fang Town covers a total area of 152.4 square kilometers, with 7,138 households and 21,031 people. Superior conditions in the warm piedmont area have created unique natural conditions for the development of forest and fruit industry here. As the leading town of mopan persimmon in China and the only professional town of mopan persimmon in Beijing, Zhang Fang Town has the largest area, the highest output and the best quality, which is the epitome of the achievements of industrialization development and construction of mopan persimmon town in China. Since 1998, it has been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance as the production base of mopan persimmon. Since then, it has been named as the professional town of Mopan persimmon in Beijing, the standardized production base of Mopan persimmon and the advanced unit of agricultural standardization base in Fangshan District by the higher authorities. Persimmon products were rated as green food by National Green Food Center and "Chinese Famous Fruit" by China Fruit Circulation Association.
