Hucho

The first Luo of the five Luo is Zheluo, also known as Zheluo salmon. Zheluo is a large carnivorous fish in cold-water salmon, one of the rare cold-water fish species in the world. Zheluo in Heilongjiang is not as big as that in Xinjiang, and the big one is more than one meter long, weighing 50 or 60 kilograms, and long and round. It looks cute, but it is the overlord in the water. For small fish, eating you is not negotiable. Zheluo and Maha are both salmon and relatives. Zheluo grows in cold water and feeds on living things, so its meat quality is particularly delicate. People in Heilongjiang use it as stuffing for jiaozi, which is very fresh.
