Chengzi Village is known as "the first village of Stichopus japonicus in Liaoning Province". The village is surrounded by the sea on three sides and backed by mountains, producing a variety of precious seafood such as sea cucumber and abalone. Relying on "Chengzi Industrial Corporation of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone", the village has carried out joint ventures and cooperation with many domestic and foreign manufacturers to deeply process seafood, which has greatly improved the added value of products, produced a variety of series of seafood and increased the income of villagers. The annual output value is nearly 300 million yuan, and the per capita income exceeds 20,000 yuan. Chengzi Village is a coastal fishing village with poor land resources but rich marine resources. The total area of the village is 18 square kilometers, and the cultivated land area is only 2,300 mu. However, the whole village is surrounded by water on three sides and has a coastline of 15 kilometers. Its unique geographical location and microclimate are very suitable for the growth of sea cucumbers. Chengzi Village is also a potential tourist attraction with rich tourism resources. Dalian Chengshantou Coastal Geomorphology Nature Reserve is located at the southern foot of Mopan Mountain in Chengzi Village, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east and southeast, and connected with Jinshitan National Tourism Resort. Here, green mountains and clear water, quiet environment, distant sea and sky, close to the reef island, is a good place for scientific research, summer vacation and leisure. In recent years, Chengzi Village, combined with the actual characteristics of the village, is developing in the direction of specialization, standardization, intensification and brand quality. At present, the village actively integrates the existing resources, successfully introduces Dalian Bangchuidao Seafood Enterprise Group, a powerful and well-funded sea cucumber cultivation and processing enterprise, and establishes the only national-level sea cucumber seed breeding base with an area of 23,000 square meters. After successful cooperation with enterprises in recent years, the sea cucumbers in Chengzi Village have been specialized in breeding, intensive in scale, refined in brand, produced competitive goods and created a famous brand at home and abroad-"Bangchuidao" brand, thus realizing the development of Chengzi Village from primitive economy to industrial brand, effectively promoting the economic development of Chengzi Village, and also winning the approval of the Ministry of Agriculture. In the evaluation activity of "One Village, One Product" launched by the Ministry of Agriculture a few days ago, Chengzi Village was awarded the "One Village, One Product" construction achievement award and was established as the key support object of "One Village, One Product" by the Ministry of Agriculture.
